We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our wonderful new nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a stimulating and safe environment for young learners, fostering their development through engaging activities and play-based learning. The Early Years Educator will also play a key role in communicating with parents and managing classroom dynamics.
Salary: £27,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote children’s learning and development.
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to policies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour management techniques.
- Support children in developing social skills, independence, and self-esteem.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
